‘Discipline is of utmost importance in any walk of life’. Kindly note and adhere to the following norms of the institution for a happy and fruitful academic and residential life at NTR Junior and Degree College for Women.
- Need to report on time after every outing as per the date and time informed/mentioned.
- No outings are allowed during the weekdays except for any emergency (medical) reasons.
- Outings are only allowed either with parents or guardians.
- Outings are allowed only with the person mentioned on the visitor’s card.
- No outings are allowed without any escort at any cost.
- Parents can visit their ward/s only on prescribed Sunday afternoons or any other holiday between 1 pm and 5 pm.
- No others are allowed to visit the campus except those mentioned on the visitor’s pass.
- Outing for 2 hours is accepted on birthdays.
- Attendance is mandatory for all the students on all working days.
- Electronic gadgets especially, mobile phones are strictly prohibited. If confiscated, it will not be returned. Usage of mobile phones and other electronic gadgets is a punishable offence.
- A student is not allowed to receive any online shopping material.
- If necessary, the parent or guardian can hand over the material to the students in person after seeking permission from the principal.
- In the case of an emergency, the courier can be sent to the office address with student details.
- Plan your entertainment/pilgrimage trips during holidays.
- Stealing others' money/goods and teasing/bullying other students on campus is a crime and punishable.
- Management reserves the right to issue a transfer certificate and remove the student from college on account of serious misconduct or indiscipline.
- Don’t leave any valuables or money with your child. Management is not liable for any loss.
