NTR Educational Institutions are epitome of excellence and it’s a great privilege and honour for me to pen my thoughts and experience. Every individual is unique by birth and instinctive in nature. But the quality of education supports an individual’s holistic personality. This education is imparted either formally or informally. The first institution of education is home and the second comes a formal institute. Here comes the role of an educational institution which plays a vital role in a student’s life. As quoted by Rabindranath Tagore “The highest education is that which does not merely give us information but makes our life in harmony with all existence.” A good atmosphere always paves the way for a better education and our NTR Junior & Degree college for women is an apt place which sprawls over 10 acers with extensive greenery as if in the lap of nature.

NTR Junior and Degree college for women is started under the mentorship of Shri. Nara Chandrababu Naidu garu and the noble leadership of Smt. Nara Bhuvaneshwari garu who strongly believe that women empowerment is possible with a proper education at a right time in any one’s life. NTR Educational institutions’ efficacy is based on this Motto of women empowerment where we believe that education is the most powerful weapon which can change the world. If a woman is educated the whole family will be educated. At NTR colleges we strive for the holistic development of a student. We focus on values-based education, enhancement of life skills and many other activities of self-motivation and involvement of students directly which definitely promotes for self-motivated learning, at this juncture I would like to reiterate that in this process of education discipline of a teacher and student plays a vital role. The further life of an individual is always the reflection of the input  imparted at present stage of life. 

Hence, I could say that this institution would be a pivotal center of learning in any one’s life and my prayerful wish is that each and every student of this institution should succeed and be a role model in this society.
